- Products are delivered directly to your home via FedEx Ground. When you order from gobaplay, a tracking number will be provided to you via email once the product ships.

- All products are shipped in 1 or more boxes. The boxes are heavy, and we advise two people to lift them.

- US purchases cannot currently be shipped internationally, nor to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, nor to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

Return Policy

- If you purchased online through gobaplay.com, please contact our Customer Support Team at 1 877-586-7723 to process a return. We're pleased to offer you a 30-day return guarantee for all of our products from the date of purchase. gobaplay will refund your purchase price minus: all actual shipping costs (including to and from your ship location). Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the final purchase price, including any applicable taxes.

Must have Dual swing

Amazing quality all around! We also purchased the frame which was powder coated as was the hardware. The swing material is strong but also comfortable and super easy to adjust the rope length. I was very happy with how easy it was to assemble. Instructions were straight forward and came with all necessary tools. Our kids are going to get many many years out of this amazing product!
