We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers with free shipping is available on all new gobaplay orders within the continental USA.

- Products are delivered direct to your home via FedEx Ground. When you order from gobaplay, a tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail once the product ships.

- All products are shipped in 1 or more boxes. The boxes are heavy, and we advise two people to lift them.

- US purchases cannot currently be shipped internationally, nor to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, nor to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

We're pleased to offer you a 30 - day return guarantee for all of our products from the date of purchase. gobaplay will refund your purchase price minus: all actual shipping costs (including to and from your ship location.) Additionally a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the final purchase price, including any applicable taxes.

Fun, Durable, Aesthetic Climbing Dome - Would Buy Again!

Great purchase! The climbing dome arrived quickly and was very easy to set up. My husband and our 9 year old set it up in about 45 minutes. The minimalist design looks great in our backyard and my 9 and 4 year old love climbing on it. It seems very durable and well-made. It's very sturdy as it anchors into the ground to prevent tipping. The day we set it up we had heavy winds and tornadoes come through our area and this thing didn't budge! This dome is great quality for the price.

The Perfect Backyard Addition!

We love our gobaplay Climbing Dome. It's been the perfect addition to our backyard over the summer. Both our 7 year old and 3 year old play on it daily. Perfect Climbing Dome For Older Kids

This climbing dome was just what we were looking for! We have 4 kids who are past the toddler stage and needed something a bit more stimulating and taller than the average climbing dome. This unit is sturdy, sleek and offers loads of fun! I couldn’t recommend it enough!! @ohhappyplay / Noelle
