We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers with free shipping is available on all new gobaplay orders within the continental USA.

- Products are delivered direct to your home via FedEx Ground. When you order from gobaplay, a tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail once the product ships.

- All products are shipped in 1 or more boxes. The boxes are heavy, and we advise two people to lift them.

- US purchases cannot currently be shipped internationally, nor to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, nor to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

Return Policy

- If you purchased online through gobaplay.com, please contact our Customer Support Team at 1 877-586-7723 to process a return. We're pleased to offer you a 30 - day return guarantee for all of our products from the date of purchase. gobaplay will refund your purchase price minus: all actual shipping costs (including to and from your ship location.) Additionally a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the final purchase price, including any applicable taxes.

- If purchased through an authorized dealer, please visit the store directly as return policies may vary.
