- Products are delivered directly to your home via FedEx Ground. When you order from gobaplay, a tracking number will be provided to you via email once the product ships.

- All products are shipped in 1 or more boxes. The boxes are heavy, and we advise two people to lift them.

- US purchases cannot currently be shipped internationally, nor to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, nor to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

We're pleased to offer you a 30-day return guarantee for all of our products from the date of purchase. gobaplay will refund your purchase price minus: all actual shipping costs (including to and from your ship location). Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the final purchase price, including any applicable taxes.
