    We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers with free shipping available on all new gobaplay orders within the continental USA.

    - Products are delivered directly to your home via FedEx Ground. When you order from gobaplay, a tracking number will be provided to you via email once the product ships.

    - All products are shipped in 1 or more boxes. The boxes are heavy, and we advise two people to lift them.

    - US purchases cannot currently be shipped internationally, nor to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, nor to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

    Great Product - but it's very heavy!

    I received this product quickly from gobaplay. It was highly rated. The as-shipped box package listed the weight at 300 lbs! Who knew that a swing for a 1 yr old baby had to be so massive? We are debating returning it without even opening it.

    Best addition to our backyard!

    We are SO HAPPY with our swing set from gobaplay! It was extremely easy to assemble, mostly a one person job with a helping hand needed sporadically. The instructions were simple & easy to follow which I always appreciate when putting something together. The design of this swing set is sleek & very durable! I absolutely love that it’s rust resistant because i know this will be well used & loved for years to come as our kids are 4 & 7 with another on the way! We love the design of this swing set & how easy it is to switch out the swing options!
